Day 5

Drumsticks
Roast
Sf chocolate pops
No s added Klondike crunch bars (yuck)
Broccoli
Spoon Romano cheese
5 forkfuls of pasta
30 min walk 1.7 miles, upper weights
I don't know what is is but my body seems to recognize carbs right away when I eat vegetables, and my taste for all types of carbs return, making it harder for me on a pv day. I was really doing fine until I ate the broccoli. On p only days I think I have more control.
