Day 3

Considering cutting my attack phase short with some veggies today. If I am ultra hungry I will, as I really don't want to stuff myself with meat right now. Still having minor cramping since the weekend. Trying to take it easy on myself.
Drumstick
Ff greek yogurt, Splenda, vanilla
Curried chicken, sour cream ff
Canned herring in mustard sauce
30 min walk/run 2.25 miles, weights

  1. Don't be afraid to eat if you are hungry dear, you need to eat until you are full, don't be afraid to stuff yourself with lean cuts of meat!
