I don't know what is is but my body seems to recognize carbs right away when I eat vegetables, and my taste for all types of carbs return, making it harder for me on a pv day. I was really doing fine until I ate the broccoli. On p only days I think I have more control.

Considering cutting my attack phase short with some veggies today. If I am ultra hungry I will, as I really don't want to stuff myself with meat right now. Still having minor cramping since the weekend. Trying to take it easy on myself.

Husband is not on board. Wow what a blow out too. Of his own volition said he wanted to start with me, then come 5pm all he was ranting about was donuts. I said fine, do you want to make you some rice with your chicken? And he says what?! You should be asking me if I want some cake with my donuts!! Clearly we both have major sugar addictions, it is surprising we are not more overweight. So he made it about 10 hours on the diet. I was good however, although it was hard and frustrating dealing with him.

Tuna, cottage cheese, oregano, salt, pepper
Ff yogurt, Splenda, cocoa
Curried chicken with onions
Ff Greek yogurt, Splenda, vanilla

Day 1 again

Ready to start day one again.(been secretly wondering if I maybe preg? Too soon to tell though, will only be late as of Thurs. But been noticing some different feelings, like boated no matter what I eat, some cramping this weekend, and extremely tired and dizzy last week. Or maybe it's all just wishful thinking. Either way something's about to happen so I can't believe 149 is real)
Anyways have a nice water bottle ready to go and some new recipe ideas, so am feeling motivated. No cheating! Going to try and get husband on board this morning.

End of three weeks
Well I thought about it a lot yesterday and my conclusion is I have not been drinking enough water. I mean I may have had one can of diet pop each day for the last few days and that's it. So I am going to treat myself and shop for a pretty little water bottle to make me drink my water, plus a bottle of liquid stevia. Then I will resume.
Regardless, I still feel I need a break from the meat. So I am going to close this second chapter of Dukan, saying I made it three weeks. I am going to give my system a rest for a few days, and I will start chapter 3, day 1 on Monday. This morning I am going to cook a large pot of curried red and yellow lentils, so can have that with spring mix for a few meals. I am also going to cut down on the dairy too for now. Hopefully it will be a mini stabilization period for me.
